Configure email accounts
To configure your email account in any client (Thunderbird, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.), you need the following information:
Username
Your full email address (example: user@domain.com)
Incoming mail server (IMAP)
mx3.intergridnetwork.net
Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
mx3.intergridnetwork.net
Security
SSL/TLS enabled
Ports
IMAP: 993 (SSL/TLS) or 143 (STARTTLS)
SMTP: 465 (SSL/TLS) or 587 (STARTTLS)
Steps to configure the email client
- Open the email client and add a new account
- Enter your name, email address and password
- The client will automatically detect the configuration. If not, select 'Manual configuration'
- Verify that the servers are mx3.intergridnetwork.net and that SSL/TLS is enabled
- Click 'Done' to complete the configuration
Specific configuration in the control panel
You will find all specific parameters for your account in the control panel, in the 'Email accounts' section. Edit the account you want to configure to see detailed information.
