In practice that means you can add space, domains or mailboxes whenever you need to, without migrating the site to another server or suffering downtime, and a hardware failure does not bring your project down.

Yes. You can move from Basic to Pro or from Pro to Business at any time from the Control Panel or by asking support. Upgrading expands the resources of the same hosting account: no files to move, no email to reconfigure and no DNS changes.

Yes. Every plan includes mailboxes with webmail and spam filtering: 10 accounts on Basic, 50 on Pro and 75 on Business. You can use them in the browser or in your usual mail client over IMAP or POP3, and manage mailboxes and forwarders from the Control Panel.

Yes, at no cost. We move the files, the databases, the mailboxes and the DNS zone, and we coordinate the switch so there is no downtime and no message is lost. Before we start we run a free diagnosis of your domain to check exactly what needs migrating.

Yes. Every plan includes auto-renewing SSL certificates — 1 on Basic, 5 on Pro and 10 on Business — and daily backups of the site and its databases, which you can browse and restore yourself from the Control Panel without opening a ticket.

Cloud Hosting plans are contracted for a minimum of one year. The price shown on the page is monthly and excludes VAT, to which 21% must be added. Billing is annual and the renewal notice reaches you well in advance so you can decide whether to keep it.
