KMS Mailing does not have any registration or maintenance costs. You will be automatically billed at the end of the month based on the emails you have sent. If you don't send any, no invoice is issued.

How much does it cost to send my campaigns?
It is pay as you go: there is no setup fee and no maintenance charge. You are billed at the end of the month for the emails you actually sent, and up to 500 emails a month is free. Above that there are bands, from EUR 10 for 1,500 emails to EUR 199 for 100,000. If you send nothing in a given month, no invoice is issued. Prices exclude 21% VAT.
Do I have to leave my computer on while the campaign is being sent?
No. Once you have started the send you can close the browser or shut the machine down: the platform keeps sending from the cloud, and the campaign status is waiting for you next time you log in. You can also schedule sends for the day and time you choose.
Can I import the contacts and templates I already have?
Yes. You can import and export contacts without creating duplicates, organise them into groups and segment sends so they only reach the people who meet your criteria. Templates can also be imported, even from other platforms, and personalised with dynamic variables or QR codes for each recipient.
What data do I get from each send?
Real-time reports on deliveries, opens, bounces and unsubscribes, with automatic clean-up of addresses that no longer exist. Recipients can manage their own subscription, as data protection rules require.
