You can also use other email clients like Outlook, Apple Mail, or your mobile device's email app. In the control panel you will find all the necessary parameters for configuration.
Configure email accounts
To configure your email account in any client (Thunderbird, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.), you need the following information:
SMTP: 465 (SSL/TLS) or 587 (STARTTLS)
Steps to configure the email client
- Open the email client and add a new account
- Enter your name, email address and password
- The client will automatically detect the configuration. If not, select 'Manual configuration'
- Verify that the servers are mx3.intergridnetwork.net and that SSL/TLS is enabled
- Click 'Done' to complete the configuration
You will find all specific parameters for your account in the control panel, in the 'Email accounts' section. Edit the account you want to configure to see detailed information.
